Indications refer to symptoms or skin characteristics that indicate a skin treatment will be safe and effective for you.

Contraindications refer to symptoms, skin characteristics, or medical history that make a skin treatment unsuitable and unsafe for an individual.

    • Large pores

    • Fine lines / mild wrinkles

    • Mild - moderate atrophic scarring

    • Hyperpigmentation

    • Dullness

    • Rejuvenation objectives

    • History of keloid scarring

    • History of herpes simplex (cold sores)

    • Active bacterial, viral, or fungal infection

    • Recent cold, fever, flu, or any other illness

    • Autoimmune or blood- related illnesses (e.g., haemophilia, blood clotting disorders)

    • Immunosuppression

    • Hypersensitive skin

    • Allergy to stainless steel

    • Active acne or inflammation in the skin

    • Severe eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea

    • Cancer

    • Diabetes

    • Recent skin treatment (e.g., laser, chemical peel, etc)

    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

    • Vascular conditions

    • Hyperpigmentation

    • Acne

    • Textured skin (bumpiness)

    • Early signs of ageing

    • Sun damage

    • Dullness

    • Allergy or sensitivity to peeling agent ingredient(s)

    • Hypersensitive skin

    • Frequent sun exposure

    • Sun burned skin

    • Wind burned skin

    • Viral, bacterial, or fungal infection

    • Current or recent (6 months) use of isotretinoin (accutane)

    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

    • History of herpes simplex (cold sores)

    • Psoriasis or eczma

    • History of keloid scarring

    • Autoimmune diseases

    • Skin cancer

    • Use of photosensitising medication
